Tubing spacing, loop lengths, and manifold locations are designed to match the demand of each zone so the system heats evenly without hot or cold spots. / Installation includes running PEX tubing in a structured pattern, securing it in slab, under subfloor, or above subfloor systems depending on the build. Tubing is connected to a central manifold with balancing valves for each loop. The system is tied into a boiler or heat source, with circulators, mixing valves, and controls installed to regulate water temperature and flow. / Once the system is complete, it is pressure tested, filled, and purged of air before startup. Each loop is balanced at the manifold to ensure even heat distribution. The finished system delivers steady radiant heat across the entire floor, eliminating cold zones and reducing reliance on forced air.
