As a Viega Authorized Dealer, he uses Viega PEX systems, manifolds, and fittings for reliability and compatibility. Installation includes securing tubing, pressure testing before covering, insulating where required, and integrating the system with a properly sized boiler. Flow balancing and control setup are done carefully so each zone heats correctly without guesswork. Quality Home Services uses pressure testing, thermal imaging when needed, and system checks to pinpoint problems. Maintenance includes checking glycol levels if used, verifying pressure, cleaning components, and adjusting flow at the manifold to keep the system operating the way it was designed.

Common Problems Radiant Heated Floors Face
Common radiant floor heating problems include uneven heating caused by poor loop design or improper balancing, air trapped in the system, circulator pump failure, leaking PEX connections, and thermostat or zone valve issues.
