New construction plumbing includes full rough-in through trim-out, with supply, waste, and vent lines sized and routed to code. Renovation work covers rerouting existing lines, upgrading old galvanized or lead piping, and tying new fixtures into existing systems without disrupting what is already working. Repair work covers leaks, frozen pipes, clogged drains, low water pressure, running toilets, dripping faucets, sump pump failures, and gas line issues. Shawn handles the diagnosis and repair directly, using camera inspection, pressure testing, and leak detection to find the actual problem instead of guessing. Maintenance includes checking valves, inspecting exposed piping, testing sump pumps, flushing water heaters, and verifying gas connections for safe operation.
