Line set routing, electrical requirements, and condensate drainage are mapped out before any equipment is installed. / Installation includes mounting indoor air handlers, setting the outdoor condenser, and running insulated refrigerant lines, control wiring, and drain lines. Line sets are pressure tested, evacuated with a vacuum pump, and charged to manufacturer specifications. Electrical connections are completed with proper disconnects, and drains are pitched correctly or equipped with pumps where gravity flow is not possible. / Once the system is running, each zone is tested for airflow, temperature response, and control operation.
